At Cycling Gear Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of bikes, components, and accessories. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most products within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Some items are excluded from returns (see section below).

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. This includes brake pads, brake hoses, and cleat covers. Additionally, custom or special order items like certain BMX bike components may not be returnable.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To start a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 business hours, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Step 4: Return Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return is processed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process above, clearly indicating in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item. Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard shipping policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Brake pads and brake hoses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cleat covers
  • Custom or special order BMX bike components
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international returns (excluding some remote Asian regions), customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please contact us before returning international orders for specific instructions.
