Shipping Information
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Full tracking included
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
- Basic tracking available
- Great for non-urgent orders
Note: We ship worldwide except to some remote Asian regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they’re in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Brake pads
- Brake hoses
- Cleat covers
- Custom or special order BMX bike components
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to:

Tip: Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt until the return is processed.
Step 4: Return Processing
We’ll inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification when your return is processed.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating in your email that you wish an exchange. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the replacement item. Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
